Your affinity group will become your year-long lifeline to problem solutions and new ideas.

Our learning tracks and affinity groups will allow school leaders to share their experiences and become better equipped to lead through the necessary change needed to provide an impactful Christian education.

For 2023, we will once again offer the following learning tracks:

Each track will be aligned to specific leadership roles that will be grouped by affinity: Heads of School, Principals, Board Members, Admissions & Enrollment, Finance & Operations, Marketing, Advancement & Development, Spiritual Life, Curriculum, Student Activities/Co-Curriculars, Information Technology, and International Program.

Go deeper with a facilitated strategy session with just your team.

Again, this year, we are offering an opportunity for schools to have a dedicated space and time for a facilitated strategy and planning session with a leader from the Institute before your team returns to their school. Bring your team and dedicate time to aligning your school’s strategy, priorities, and action steps. There are limited spaces for these strategy sessions so sign up now and reserve a spot for your team.

Register before March 17 for early-bird pricing!

What is the Wheaton Academy Institute?

The Wheaton Academy Institute was established in 2010 to build stronger Christian schools around the country by leveraging the experience gained over our school’s 169-year history. We’ve had time to test and refine our tools and we feel confident that these same tools can help elevate your school too. The Wheaton Academy Institute is a place where we cultivate, develop, and distribute these materials to you.
