Sunday, June 23rd

3-5pm – Registration Wheaton College Coray Gym lobby

5-6:30pm – Dinner at Wheaton College Coray Gym

7-8pm – Welcome, Worship & Encouragement

Monday, June 24th

7:30-8:15 am – Breakfast

8:30 am – Session 1

10:00 am – 15-minute Break

10:15 am – Session 2

11:45 am – Lunch

1:00 pm – Session 3

2:30 pm – 15-minute Break

2:45 pm – Breakout – Session 4

Ends at 4:15 pm

4:30 pm: Optional tour of Wheaton Academy (transportation will be provided to/from campuses)

4:30 pm – Evening is free

Tuesday, June 25th

7:30-8:15 am – Breakfast

8:30 am – Session 5

10:00 am – 15-minute Break

10:15 am – Session 6

11:45 am – Lunch

1 pm – Session 7

2:30 pm – Conference ends

2:30-5pm Optional debrief/consulting for school teams

Travel Notes

Fly to O’hare International Airport (ORD) or Midway International Aiport (MDW)
Drive to Wheaton College located at 501 College Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187 approximately 40 minutes from the ORD airport and 1 hour from MDW
You will have free time to explore downtown Wheaton and Chicago the evening of the second day of the intensives.

Food and Housing

Five meals will be provided including Sunday dinner, Monday & Tuesday breakfast and lunch.
This year we are offering the option to stay at one of the Wheaton College dorms for 2 nights (23rd-24th). Please note there is limited availability. Rooms are single occupancy with a shared bathroom ensuite. Check-in is June 23^rd after 3pm and check-out is June 25^th before 8am. Linens will be provided. Male and female rooms will be separate floors. Schools will be grouped together, but we cannot guarantee you will share an ensuite with someone from your school/organization. Please note the dorm option is fully booked. You can use the link below to book a local hotel at a discounted rate.
You can choose to stay at local hotel but we will not be able to provide transportation to and from Wheaton College to the hotel of your choice. Below is a link to book a hotel with reduced rates using the Wheaton College travel portal.
