We are bringing the International Student Intensives home to the Chicago area! ISPI 2025 will be hosted at the extravagant Q Center along the Fox River. The Q Center features beautiful meeting spaces, exceptional rooming, and a variety of amenities to enjoy during your free time. You will also have the opportunity to visit Wheaton Academy and see our completed $30M capital improvement of its 55-acre campus. Come and see our new facilities and how they transform student experiences.
Bring your team! In response to feedback, we are modifying the format in 2025 to build team workshops into the overall schedule. These workshops will allow the school teams to come together and prioritize all they have learned from their intensives into an action plan for their own school. Individual leaders can use this time to build their own action plans.

Cohorts
This summer the International Student Program Intensives will debut a redesigned cohort system to empower educators at every stage of their career. Participants can join one of two tailored cohorts: New to my Role (1-3 years in international education) or Experienced in my Role (3+ years of experience). This new structure ensures that attendees learn across all crucial areas—Marketing & Recruitment, Program Development, and Academic Support for English Learners—in alignment with their level of expertise. Through interactive sessions, participants will build networks, exchange best practices, and receive targeted guidance on strengthening their International Student Programs.
