Sunday, June 23rd

3-5pm – Registration- Wheaton College Coray Gym lobby

5-6:30pm – Opening Dinner at Wheaton College Coray Gym (all attendees requested to attend)

7-8pm – Welcome, Worship & Encouragement

Monday, June 24th

7:30-8:15 am – Breakfast

8:30 am – Session 1

10:00 am – 15-minute Break

10:15 am – Session 2

11:45 am – Lunch

1 pm – Session 3

2:30 pm – 15-minute Break

2:45 pm – Sponsor Speed Sessions

Ends at 4:15pm

4:30pm-Optional tour of Wheaton Academy

4:30 pm – evening: Free time

Tuesday, June 25th

7:30-8:15 am – Breakfast

8:30 am – Session 4

10 am – 15-minute Break

10:15 am – Session 5

11:45 am – Lunch

1 pm – Sponsor Spotlight & Hot Topics Q&A ISP Director panel

2 pm – Conference ends

2-5pm Optional debrief/consulting times available

Travel Notes

Fly to O’hare International Airport (ORD) or Midway International Aiport (MDW)
Drive to Wheaton College located at 501 College Ave, Wheaton, IL 60187 approximately 40 minutes from the ORD airport and 1 hour from MDW
You will have free time to explore downtown Wheaton and Chicago the evening of the second day of the intensives.

Food & Housing

Five meals will be provided including Sunday dinner, Monday & Tuesday breakfast and lunch.
This year we are offering the option to stay at one of the Wheaton College dorms for 2 nights (23rd-24th). Please note there is limited availability. Rooms are single occupancy with a shared bathroom ensuite. Check-in is June 23rd after 3pm and check-out is June 25th before 8am. Linens will be provided. Male and female rooms will be separate floors. Schools will be grouped together, but we cannot guarantee you will share an ensuite with someone from your school/organization. Please note the dorm option is fully booked. You can use the link below to book a local hotel at a discounted rate.
