Cohorts
Introducing Year-Long Cohorts for Continuous Support
We were thrilled to introduce an intensive format in our annual conference to provide you with a deeper dive into subjects, best practices, and practical solutions.
You can join one of our Best Practice intensives, each led by dedicated faculty members who will guide you through 2 days of workshops, guest presentations, and hands-on tools. There you will have the opportunity to workshop real issues, gain valuable insights, and learn from your colleagues’ experiences. Most importantly, you’ll form a year-long lifeline to problem-solving and innovative ideas through your cohort network.
Soon, you will be able to join virtual roundtables to continue the discussion and further your network.
Workshops
Elevate Your Team's Strategy with Dedicated Planning Sessions
Take your school’s strategy to the next level by participating in our exclusive team-focused planning sessions. Once again, we are providing a unique opportunity for schools to benefit from dedicated space and time with an Institute leader before returning to their campuses. These facilitated sessions are designed to align your school’s strategy, priorities, and action steps, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach. Due to limited availability, we encourage you to sign up now and secure a spot for your team. Don’t miss this chance to elevate your school’s performance and set a clear path for success.
