Dr. Dondi Costin to Keynote BPI 2025
Dr. Dondi Costin, president of Liberty University, brings a wealth of leadership experience as a retired Major General and former Chief of Chaplains for the U.S. Air Force. With a distinguished military career spanning over three decades, he has provided spiritual guidance to thousands while overseeing religious programs across the globe. Dr. Costin holds multiple advanced degrees in theology, counseling, and organizational leadership, equipping him to lead Liberty University with a commitment to academic excellence and Christian discipleship. His passion for faith-driven leadership continues to inspire students, educators, and Christian school leaders nationwide.
In his keynote address, The Good Life Starts Here, Dr. Dondi Costin will explore the vital integration of mission, culture, and strategy in leading Christian education. Drawing from his experience at Liberty University, he will share insights into strategic decision-making, the challenges of shaping both organizational and student cultures, and the lessons learned through Liberty’s own planning process. Attendees will be encouraged to reflect on the future of Christian education and apply these leadership principles to strengthen their own schools and communities.
